Thanks for shopping with Birdie & Chip! We're based in New Zealand and ship our golf accessories nationwide.
Processing times
In-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. Custom or made-to-order items are produced especially for you and will vary depending on where the product is coming from. As a small business we will try our best to process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping within New Zealand
We ship with NZ Post. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: allow an extra 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand only. If you are currently not living in New Zealand but would like to order our products please email hello@birdieandchip.nz
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@birdieandchip.nz and we'll help sort it out.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is sent.
